Warren was born and raised in Dothan, Alabama. Growing up the son of Herman Cobb, Warren has been around the practice of law and lawyers his entire life. He began practicing law with the firm shortly after graduating from the Cumberland School of Law. Warren graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Political Science and was a member of the 1997 and 1998 Auburn University football team. Warren is a member of the Alabama Association of Justice, a member of the Board of the Downtown Group and the Wiregrass Spay and Neuter Alliance. Also, he is a member of the Board of Directors for The Life Insurance Company of Alabama, one of only a few remaining publicly traded insurance companies based in Alabama. Warren’s practice is primarily related to litigation with concentration in transportation, automobile liability, dram shop defense, property rights, insurance issues/coverage and construction litigation. Warren has litigated hundreds of cases throughout the Alabama Courts, from Florence, Alabama to Mobile, Alabama and Dothan, Alabama to Birmingham, Alabama. Warren is AV Preeminent rated through Martindale-Hubble, the organization’s highest rating. Warren enjoys the challenge of helping his clients through difficult legal issues. Bo is a native of Elba, AL and began his practice with the firm in 2003. His practice is primarily devoted to litigation with emphasis on transportation, automobile liability, products liability and construction litigation. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubble. Bo has tried numerous jury trials to verdict and regularly represents a wide range of clients including individuals, corporations and manufacturers throughout the State of Alabama and Florida. Bo graduated from the Troy University in 2000, where he received undergraduate degree in Political Science. While at Troy, Bo was a four year letterman in football and member of several conference championship teams. Bo Graduated from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2003. Before attending law school, Bo served as a legislative assistant for Alabama Attorney General Bill Pryor.

John C. White has a history of fighting for justice. His career began as a police cadet with the Dothan Police Department in May 1973 at the age of 18. He is also a 1991 graduate of the 166th session of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia. He progressed through all ranks and assignments at the Dothan PD until his retirement as captain in November 1993. On August 2, 1994, after being retired from the department for less than a year, he was appointed chief of police. After serving as a professional police officer for 31 years with the City of Dothan, Alabama, he retired in December 2004 and joined our law firm. Mr. White has also served as a full-time and adjunct faculty member at Troy University.

Everett was born and raised in Dothan, Alabama and graduated from Houston Academy in 2011. He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management in 2015. After working in the logistics industry for two years, Everett decided to attend Cumberland School of Law, where he graduated in 2019. He began practicing law as an associate with Cobb Boyd immediately after his graduation. He is admitted to practice in all Alabama state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. He is also a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. Everett is excited to have the opportunity to practice law in his hometown and to serve the community he grew up in.
